Troop 4097 Vision
The Boy Scout Troop 4097 Leadership is committed to provide facilities, programs, and focus that support the needs of the Troop. It is our desire to provide for the boys an effective program designed to build desirable qualities of character, to train in the responsibilities of participating citizenship, and to develop in them physical fitness, while simultaneously living out the Scout Oath and Law in their own lives.
